Laws insufficient for harm reduction

The new report from the Central Association for Alcohol and Drug Information, CAN, shows that new laws to reduce the harmful effects of smoking on public health do not give any real results. ” We need a strategy from a harm reduction perspective”, says Markus Lindblad, Head of Communications and Sustainability at Haypp Group in a debate article in Dagens Opinion.
