Improve consumer experience
First and foremost, we must be on the consumers’ side. We strive for excellence in the consumers’ experience of us. It is not just about price and product but also about providing stellar service and information, and always representing our consumers in the public conversation.
According to the World Health Organization, about 7 million people die every year from smoking-related diseases. That’s just as many as the total number of combat deaths in the First World War. It is unsustainable, and the measures taken against smoking have proved ineffective for decades. Our way of converting smokers to safer nicotine is proven to work far better, but the conversion must accelerate.
